Tomorrow (Friday, May 3), I’ll be at the Maryland-Delaware Joint Library Conference with Penguin Random House Audio to give librarians a behind-the-scenes peek into the audiobook studio. I love talking with librarians. Not only are they the best evangelists for wonderful stories, my parents raised me to recognize public libraries as one of the cornerstones of democracy, along with public education, voting access, and labor unions. So I’m always very honored to have an opportunity to support the work of local libraries, large and small.
